To make a claim

If you’re involved in an accident, call our free phone claims number 0800 015 6166, which is available 24 hours a day, and we'll do the rest. You must contact the police if the car has been stolen or if anyone has been injured as the result of any claim.

To discuss a refund

You are entitled to cancel your policy at any time. Provided there have been no claims or incidents likely to give rise to a claim you will be entitled to a refund of unused premium. 

If you cancel the policy before cover has commenced, you will be entitled to a full refund of premium. 

If you cancel the policy after cover has commenced, you will be entitled to a partial return of premium. For example, if you take out a policy for 7 days, but cancel after 5 days, you will be charged for a 5 day policy. This will be deducted from the original premium you paid, and the difference paid back to you. 

Cover for days or part days which have already commenced will not be refundable.
